Communication, essential tool in any process, finds such big barriers in some managements that, in many situations, we only perceive communication traces manifested through rumors, in other words, the famous Corridor Radio, which tends to damage the corporation’s image front to collaborators, whose only alternative is to draw their own conclusions, generating discredit to the company.

Thinking of explaining the internal communication importance we selected some attributes that make clear the need for such a tool. Consider:

Regardless the size of the organization, the Internal Communication must always receive special attention, because through it many problems are solved and some gaps are compensated with collaborator satisfaction to be part of a project development.

Finally, we must not forget that a company lives of projects and actions, and they all begin with communication, whether among their managers or between these and collaborators. Therefore, spoil this way is to play with financial loss possibility and unstable organizational climate.
